Our community’s fence replacement project is currently resumed and is expected to proceed on Pawleys Arch in the week after Labor Day (Sep. 5, 2022).
Residents should ensure that pets are secured and gates are unlocked during this time. Padlocks should also be removed as all gate hardware (latches, hinges) will be discarded and replaced with new ones.
Both street-facing and divider fences are scheduled for replacement.
