There are currently two dumpsters in the parking lot. The one labeled ‘Craftsman’ belongs to the fencing contractor and is STRICTLY for their use only. Residents are NOT permitted to put any trash in this dumpster. Failure to comply will result in additional charges to our Association.
The second dumpster labeled ‘GFL’ is the one hired for residents’ yard cleanup. Please ensure that your YARD DEBRIS is placed there.
